All Admissions are provisional and subject to rules and regulations of Nagarjuna University prescribed for engineering courses and rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. The admission of any candidate even if made, will be cancelled if such admission is found to be made contrary to the above referred rules and regulations at any time. In such cases, the candidate shall not have any claim whatsoever in any manner.

All candidates, provisionally selected for admission will be required to pay the prescribed tuition fee and other specified fees. Failure of the same will result in the cancellation of provisional admission. No portion of any fees, once paid, will be refunded under any circumstances. If any student wishes to discontinue the course at any time for any reason he/she shall not be permitted to do so unless he/she pays 50% or 100% (depending on Payment or free seat) of the balance amount of fees he/she would have paid had he/she continued till the completion of the course. His/her original certificates including T.C. etc ., will be issued only if the students pay as stated above.
