Instructions:

  1. The Quotation/Performa invoice should be accompanied by illustrated brochures/leaflets giving full details about the product, quoted.
  1. The make and model should be clearly specified.
  1. The applicable duty, taxes and other charges including VAT if any, should be clearly specified.
  1. The quotation should be accompanied by the users list with full address and phone /Fax numbers especially of Govt. Organization/ reputed firms.
  1. Authorized dealer or agents are required to send the supporting document to the effect-. After sales, service facilities /warranty offered need to be indicated clearly.
  1. The instruments/equipment has to be supplied and installed in our laboratory at the above given address unless specified otherwise.
  1. If any additional specification is there, the same may be clearly mentioned in the quotation. The quotation will be opened in the presence of the committee formed by College.
  1. The college reserves the rights either to accept or to reject the whole Quotation or any one of the tenders without assigning any reason.

The quotations must be addressed to The Principal, VR Siddhartha Engineering College, Kanuru, Vijayawada - 520007, with attention to Dr. Ch. Nagaraju.
