The majority of our activities include teaching adults and childern, spreading awareness, organizing blood donation camps, tree plantation activities in and out of the campus, helping the poor, career guidance, conservation of waste. To systematize these manifold activities, our NSS unit is divided into different clubs.



Adult Literacy Club


As a members of the Net Generation, we have been surrounded by advances in digital technology. Adult Literacy Club seeks to educate adult non-literates in urban and rural areas, upskill the advantages of internet and usage of smart phones with a vision to transform our society into a digitally empowered one. It aims to bridge the gap between the digital haves and have-nots by using technology for citizen.

Towards creating a healthier society by popularizing preventive measures, Awareness Programmes Club organizes awareness programs on various issues of health, hygiene and environment. The Green Club which has the student members, strives to develop love of nature and adventure and to instill awareness of the environment in the college community. It works for the upliftment and conservation of trees and makes people aware of environmental problems such as deforestation, land degradation, water pollution, and global warming caused by imprudent greeds of humans.

The Red Ribbon Club aims at harnessing the potential of youth by equipping them with correct information on diseases prevention and treatment . It also aims to build their capacities as peer educators to spread right messages on healthy living. They will also be motivated to create enabling environment and increasing voluntary blood donations from among youth and conduct health Camps.

Solid Waste Management Club


Waste is a unmanaged resource. Solid Waste Management Club conduct activities relating to environmental protection. Majority of the activities include conservation of waste by recycling paper , cans, plastic, cardboard, reuse of biodegradable waste such as food or garden waste and seperation of dry and wet waste.
