The institution is the first private Engineering college in the State and was established in 1977. It is ideally located in a vast expanse of 24 acres of land and the departmental buildings are located in close proximity of each other with wide open spaces all around. The institution is running 7 UG programs and 7 PG courses with total intake of more than 1000 stuents.There are 250 teaching staff who are well qualified Professionals with varied experience and back-ground.

Established in the year 1977, the department offers B.Tech Program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M.Tech Program in Power Systems Engineering with an intake of 120 and 18 students respectively. Also the department is sharing the burden of JNTU (CCC) B.Tech Program.

Technophilia is a domestic firm, which is exploring indefinitely in the innovative world of Robotics, along with providing services for the same. Technophilia was conceptualized by Hiral Sanghavi and Kunal Panchamia in July 2005 with a motive to spread the magic of robotics amongst students all over the country.
