Over 25 years of work experience in varied fields, as given:

Since 05^th Sep 2005: Working as Placement Officer with VR Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada. Activities worth mentioning during the tenure are:

• Creating SOPs and Policies for Placements and Training in College
• Networking with major Employers and Relationship building
• Creating a system for Employability Training to students
• Creating Database of companies
• Improving the placement record
• Arranging Faculty Development Sessions by Industry and
• Creation of a stand-alone facility for Placements

2000-2005: Floated a company and tied up with some major companies abroad that off-loaded integration/ maintenance contracts. Worked as consultant for these companies at India. Carried on a Project of considerable national importance for 7 months at a friendly country in middle-east as a part of the contract.

1983- 98: Worked for Indian Navy. Worked on Transmitters / Receivers Long Range and Medium Range warning Radars, Tracking Systems, Displays, ECM / ECCM (Jammers / Data Acquisition systems) and Sonar systems. Some of the events mentionable during the tenure are:

• 84-85: Part of Oceanographic survey team that surveyed the konkan coast.
• 86-87: Operations/maintenance team-Wireless transmitting station Vizag Worked on Valve Version/Transistor version Transmitters up to 10 MW
• 87-88: As part of IPKF, frequented to Kankesanthurai/ Trincomalee and Delft Island of Sree lanka. Have faced real war scenario. Based at Mandapam of Tamilnadu.
• 89: Participated in Operation Cactus on board INS Betwa that flushed out pirates from Maldives and saved the family of the friendly country’s premier.
• 91: Under went courses on Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Damage control (NBCD), Fire fighting, First aid and Leadership.
• 92: As team leader worked for anti-smuggling patrolling activity that was a combined effort of Excise, Gujarat Police and Navy off-Okha/Jamnagar coast
• 95: Underwent training at HMS Collingwoods at Hampshire, UK on Computer Aided Action Information System (CAAIS) and on advanced applications of Microwave Engineering.
• Deputed to the UK as part of 3 member technology transfer team that later took over a war ship of Royal Navy, Her Majesty Ship Andromeda (later re-named as INS Krishna, presently serving the training Command at Kochi) Crossed zero degree channel thrice.

1998-99: Joined Defence Laboratories and have taken care of Ground tracking systems that use telemetry in S band. Mentionable deeds during this tenure are: a. Successfully captured telemetry data of Agni in two consecutive test fires and the same was transmitted back through satellite link from ships that were located beyond Port Blair(on 5^th degree channel). Entire tracking system was assembled and tuned, tested on board. b. Integrated two mobile telemetry vans for Akash and Nag Projects. Participated in test fires to prove the same. c. Compiled a Maintenance schedule for all subsystems of tracking system-GRS  

Countries visited on own business and on the official positions: The UK, France, Italy, Egypt, Djibouti, Kenya, South Africa, Madagascar, Seychelles, Mauritius, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore and Israel.
