Athisaya Student Cultural Association is established in the year 2014 by the students of ECE department with the encouragement of Head of ECE and Program Coordinator, the club is currently coordinated by Dr. Jasti Sateesh, Assistant Professor of ECE and Mrs. Sree Chandana, Assistant Professor of ECE. ATHISAYA a club that brings students together and offers them unmatched opportunities for learning, growth, and career development. This club gives a platform for the students to perform their talent in extracurricular activities like literary events, Dance, Music, Instruments etc
It has office bearers comprising of students representing all the sections of all the four years among which students from final year lead the club as president, secretary, treasurer and executive committee members. All the members are elected by the students only. Every year a group of new students take up the responsibility of the club.
This club is an initiative of students of the Dept. of ECE, V. R. Siddhartha Engineering College. The prime focus of the club is to imbibe public speaking skills into the students. In this one can learn how to converse, interact moreover behave in a group of stuffed shirts solemnly. Apart from these students can have fun as several events were meticulously designed so as to cover potential industry skills such as English expression (Oral & written), teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership skills such as movie recommendations, group discussions, extempore, word/phrase of the week, debate, picture descriptions, movie quizzes, dumb charades, stand-up comedy, sharing experiences in order to build students’ self-confidence and self-efficacy which are pleasurable to watch and participate as well. To ensure every student gets a chance to present and sharpen his/her skills, a group of 25 students is maintained. There exist several groups, and all the activities of these groups happen every day at the same time. It is planned to conduct an inter-group competition every month at the department level and an inter-departmental competition at the college level. The best performing students will be encouraged to participate in inter-college and university-level competitions. This club will enormously benefit the students to build skills to confidently appear for job interviews.
As a result, every student has an opportunity to excel in his/her career in a more intriguing manner since this club is a concoction of both Knowledge and Entertainment.

Vignatha Student Club established in the department of Electronics and Communications Engineering,is a group of students organized with a similar interest for a social, literary, athletic, political, or other common purpose. Students from this club have the opportunity and choose to join thisclub for many reasons including: pursuit of individual interests, career networking opportunities, social camaraderie, Social OpportunitiesProfessional Experience,Personal Development,Leadership Skills,Organization and Management Skills. Many technical and non- technical activities will be organised in club to the students such that they can participate and gain enough experience to face the challenging world. Apart from the events’ innovative idea competitionunder the banneris also being conducted in which the proposed idea is intended,

a)To be a solution for societal problem and must have undergone successful initial search through Google for novelty
b) To possess at least an innovative step over existing solution
c) To be technically feasible
d) To become a business model
e) To be cost effective

Students who won the competitions are being awarded with attractive prizes and all the participants are being given certificates for encouragement.

About : The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India’s leading recognised professional society devoted to the advancement of Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication & IT. Founded in 1953, the Institution provides leadership in Scientific and Technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy. Government of India has recognised IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) and also notified as an educational Institution of national eminence. The objectives of IETE focus on advancing electro-technology. The IETE conducts and sponsors technical meetings, conferences, symposia, and exhibitions all over India, publishes technical journals and provides continuing education as well as career advancement opportunities to its members.

1. One member is elected from the Organizational members to the IETE Governing Council for a period of three years.
2. Information for all IETE Technical Seminars/Symposium etc, along with two complimentary delegates.
3. Concessional rate for booking IETE Delton Hall at Lodhi Road Delhi.

8. Share expertise with fellow members by delivering talks or act as faculty for Centres nearby.

IETE- ISF (Institution of Electronics and Communication Engineers- Institution Student Forum) in Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College:
IETE Student Forum established in the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, in 2002, is a group of students organized with an interest in the areas of Telecommunication for enhancing the technical knowledge in the Communication engineering stream. Few Students from the department are selected as Volunteers to conduct events in a smoother way. These students are also given Organization certificates, so that they can claim in the final year interview, that they can have organization skills. Students from this forum have the opportunity to join in this forum for improving technical knowledge including: Career networking opportunities, Professional Experience,Personal Development,Leadership Skills,Organization and Management Skills. Many technical activities will be organized in this forum to the students such that they can participate and gain enough experience to face the challenging world.
