National Cadet Corps

Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College has been declared a Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education Deemed to be University by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, as per the notification dated 11-03-2024.

The University houses 1 (Andhra) EME COY NCC UNIT on the campus. The college Unit has a registration of 100 cadets every year. The Unit has been taking up various service oriented activities in addition to the basic training. The cadets have been securing different prizes and medals in Drill, National Integration, Fluency in English Speaking, Dancing, Culturals , etc.
