ARETEANS, a multinational company in IT Services shall conduct a placement process for the students who took up PEGA certification.
Designation: Associate Consultant
Salary:
1st Year: Rs. 4,00,000/-
2nd Year: Rs. 5,20,000/-
3rd Year: 6,50,000/-
4th year : 8,50,000/-
5th Year: Rs.11,00,000/-
The above salary is indicative. From the second year, salary can steeply go up based on the performance.
Joining Period: July to October, 2021
Process and Test Pattern:
a) Online test – 50 questions- 60 Minutes
b) Group Discussion (In general conditions. In the present scenario- it may not be there)
c) Technical Interview- Level-1 & Level-2
d) HR Interviews
Online test shall contain questions on QA and questions relating to PEGA- mostly from CSA. Students are advised to go through the brochure you received while joining the program where the syllabus of PEGA is given concisely.
Date of Examination: 22nd August, 2020
Interview Dates : Shall be promulgated later. However, the interviews shall end within a week from the written test.
