Research & Development
The Department lays down special emphasis on research. The six doctorate faculty has been continuously publishing research papers in Peer Reviewed Journals. Two Faculty members are pursuing their research and in process of getting their degrees. It is worth mentioning that two senior faculty namely Dr.V.Narasimha Rao and Dr.N. Chandra Sekhara Rao are the recognized research guides for several universities and till date 12 Ph.Ds and 8 M.Phil were awarded under their guidance. Another five research scholars are pursuing their research. The Faculty members have published several books, on various subjects. The Faculty members are continuously presenting papers in various International and National conferences and seminars. Recognizing the need for E-Learning under current situation, the faculty members have extensively participated Faculty Development Programmes, Webinars, Symposium, Leadership Talks. A significant number of online Certificate Courses under MOOCS (NPTEL, Coursera) are also completed by the faculty members. The department involves the students also in this process.
The faculties are guiding the students for their Major projects, Mini Projects and Field Assignments on contemporary topics.
