The Management Club of our department organizes management/ business/ entrepreneurial related activities which are student-centric. These activities are generally designed to allow students to become more involved on campus. Such activities provide the students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, social responsibility, volunteerism, and employment experience.

The Management Club objectives are –

• To increase student involvement in all appropriate facets.
• To enhance communication and cooperation among all students and society.
• To foster all those activities which enhance the overall development of students.

The different types of Management Club activities are related to Academics, Civic Sense, Social Issues, Diversity, Culture, and Recreation. All these activities are focused on educating students on various social issues, creating a positive change among students, encouraging them to get involved, stimulating them to represent or voice their decisions and so on. Most of these student activities involve some form of physical activity to keep them engaged.

The Hindu Business Line Club

In collaboration with the Hindu group the department offers the ‘The Hindu Business Line’ at concessional rates to the students. Based on the student understanding of Hindu Business Line Quizzes and other programs are conducted I the class room. This initiative is mainly for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge base and increasing the reading and writing skills on part of the students.
